Rodney F.Application sucks, asks for a picture of the odometer- fuel and loops there endlessly, impossible to complete return using app. It says only takes 15 mins. took me more than an hour to be able to finish the remote return. No help available, no cust. Serv phone to call. Second time this happens wih same results. You need to revise your app, IT SUCKS!

Robert B.THE RAMP ON THE TRAILER IS not safe. There's a hole in the wire mesh and my dolly got stuck in the hole while I was loading my refrigerator by myself. The tire fell in the hole and caused the refrigerator to almost fall over on it's side and damage it. I was lucky. Please tell Tony about it. I dropped it off after hours.

JOHN L.Tony is personable and well trained. Teresa at your location in Homeland CA, is AWESOME! The u-haul I rented was clean. However, the doors could both use a good lubricant. Hard to open and very noisy. I reinjured my arm just trying to open the driver's side door. Other than that, it was a good experience.

But other than that everything else was smoorh. Phone lines were backed up and slowed getting the truck gassed & to a drop off. Friendly, helpful.

LARNELL P.Your computer reservation system was screwed up and cancelled two reservations on subsequent days. Fortunately on the second try a van was available. The live person service was fine, the computer was a dunce. Uhaul should have shut down the computer system when it malfunctioned and made the customers call to make reservations by phone instead. It worked like that for decades before.

I was able to rent a smaller truck, and while the staff was extremely friendly and apologized it was still unfortunate that the truck I reserved was not there.

GERALD A.so your Uhaul i rented the gas pipe was vandalized and did not find out until i was re-filling the gas tank before i returned the truck on the same day. the gas was spilling all over on the ground at the gas station which could cause so much damages to my self and others. As a result i can not full-fill my oblication is to fill the gas tank to the level when i first rented. Chirs (believe his name) was aware of the issue at the return location. However i was still charged with the amount of 58.24 for not filling the gas. I called the next day and until now i have not seen it has been credited to my acccount.
