Do to the fact i got my contract elsewhere I believe all parties involved should honor other dealers contracts do to confusion and putting the other dealer in the middle to sort it out.they all did a great job.the only set back was i read on line that the 26ft box truck would average 10.1 mile per gal and the max milage was 7.4 either full or empty other than that it was a dream to drive thank you for everything TomThomas B.

The vehicle I rented was dirty inside and out. I had to dust off the seat I was going to sit on. The vehicle looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while.James W.

This location was awesome for big U-Haul as a whole they should look into calling the customers when trucks aren't available instead of just cganfing the pick up 30-45 miles away from original location at $1.09 a mile that's crazy.Jason N.

I didnt like how they charged me 56 dollars after I brought it back with same amount of gas and cleaned and 1 day early being how the fixed rate I paid at my pick up was over a thousand bucks for 8 days and 1900 miles and I brought it back with only 18 hundred miles used and a day early. Very discouraging how I was jawed out of money. I'm going to report this to my bank and tell them to put a hold on that 56 bucks that uhaul jawed me out of. I will be using Penske from now on if this isn't handled.Justin B.

The person who we got the trailer from, poorly put the trailer on the hitch. He did not ensure al components (hitch, bolt and trailer were present and secured properly. He attached the trailer and emphasized only uhal personal should attach it. We were driving on a busy California freeway and the trailer came off the hitch and palmist cause a severe accident. We were stuck in the middle of the freeway for over an hour. We were towed to nearest uhaul.Roger L.

I originally reserved a truck at a location that was conveniently close to my house and agreed to the rate indicated. When I arrived to pick up the truck I was told that location did not offer the truck I reserved and was sent to a different location much further than I planned. The location I picked up the truck I ended up renting from was busy the the person helping me was not friendly which made an already upsetting situation that much more annoying. I also ended up paying much more than I planned due to the mileage that was added thanks to Uhauls mistake. Overall not a pleasant experience and would not recommend using online Uhaul reservations as they are obviously not accurate.Bradley H.

I did not have a problem with the location. I have a problem with the reservation. When I got the email, I called to alert your of the problem with the reservation. The time of pick-up was wrong and the size of the truck was wrong. I requested a 8 am pick-up and a 20' truck. I even changed the location of the pick-up. I got a 15' truck because of the mix up which cause me extra miles. I hope that you did not charge me for the extra mileage. This also caused more work for me.Arnetra B.
