Uhaul charged my acc $600 + for 1 day rental upon calling there was no explanation as to why those charges were made only that i would get my money back my the 11th. Tony is personable and well trained. Teresa at your location in Homeland CA, is AWESOME! The u-haul I rented was clean. However, the doors could both use a good lubricant. Hard to open and very noisy. I reinjured my arm just trying to open the driver's side door. Other than that, it was a good experience.DEBORAH O.

On Uhaul Policy: Clarity on drop off point upon pick up. Is needed. Was told had to call in for location because sites only allowed so many pieces of equipment.. But other than that everything else was smoorh. Phone lines were backed up and slowed getting the truck gassed & to a drop off. Friendly, helpful.DARLING D.

Your computer reservation system was screwed up and cancelled two reservations on subsequent days. Fortunately on the second try a van was available. The live person service was fine, the computer was a dunce. Uhaul should have shut down the computer system when it malfunctioned and made the customers call to make reservations by phone instead. While the employee was extremely helpful, the truck I had reserved was not ready when I needed it, and they did not have a replacement truck (of the same size available). I was able to rent a smaller truck, and while the staff was extremely friendly and apologized it was still unfortunate that the truck I reserved was not there.CARL D.

so your Uhaul i rented the gas pipe was vandalized and did not find out until i was re-filling the gas tank before i returned the truck on the same day. the gas was spilling all over on the ground at the gas station which could cause so much damages to my self and others. As a result i can not full-fill my oblication is to fill the gas tank to the level when i first rented. Chirs (believe his name) was aware of the issue at the return location. However i was still charged with the amount of 58.24 for not filling the gas. I called the next day and until now i have not seen it has been credited to my acccount. I was told I could get a discount once I arrived to get the truck because it was 16 miles from my address for pick up and drop off. Once I got there they said they're a 3rd party and couldn't help me but they could take my money? Not a good experienceMARISSA C.

Truck was not clean at pickup. The truck was just giving a dust off in the cab, you could tell that the truck has not been clean, the strating wheel had dirt build up and was like tackie/stocky...good thing I brought baby wipes to clean off strating wheel. There was old food droppings in the cab....good thing I brought lysal aswell. The cargo part of the truck was dirty NOT swept, and has stains of like spilled liquids that dirt had dried too. So that part sucked because I had to move out asap and didn't have time to clean the rental. The outside of the truck was dusty which I really didn't care about, but windshield was so dirty. Also the truck was very unstable with how horrible the engine runs and motor hesitates to shift. The staff was completely awesome and other than a dirty truck and engine running ruff. Do to the fact i got my contract elsewhere I believe all parties involved should honor other dealers contracts do to confusion and putting the other dealer in the middle to sort it out.they all did a great job.the only set back was i read on line that the 26ft box truck would average 10.1 mile per gal and the max milage was 7.4 either full or empty other than that it was a dream to drive thank you for everything TomThomas B.

This location was awesome for big U-Haul as a whole they should look into calling the customers when trucks aren't available instead of just cganfing the pick up 30-45 miles away from original location at $1.09 a mile that's crazy.Jason N.
