The whole transaction was taken care of very easy and very professional. Very friendly. The truck was well maintained and in in great working order. I would recommend this company to take care of your moving and transporting needs.

Doug VI rented the truck for the weekend. Returned early after 8 hours. The mobile return was not working so I left the keys and contact in the box. Still got charged an extra day. Don’t find that very fair at all.

Kevin CThe gentleman that greeted us when we returned the trailer was more than helpful a few days earlier when we needed to extend our contract but could not reach anyone in customer service. After almost 2 hours on hold I gave up and called my drop off location. The gentleman who answered the phone ensured me that keeping the trailer an extra day was ok and I was very relieved. Wish someone would have told me to call that location earlier.
JEFFREY RWe had a tire blow out near Nashville. The company that they came out to fix the tire was very incompetent… After misc phone calls to u haul and the repair company we were finally on the road…. (. 3.5 hours later). In the state of Georgia we noticed 4 Uhaul trailers on the side of the road with flat tires

EDDIE JHave electrical adapters on hand for rent or purchase, in case the customers truck lights connector isn’t compatible with the U-Haul trailer lights connector.
STEVEN AHave a small device to lift the tip of the hitch to attach it to the truck. This is too heavy especially for the lady to do, and even for customers. It may be dangerous if it falls on someone's toe or something. OR keep it set at a height ready to receive the truck, and not have to be lifted by customers or the representative.

JOSEPH MTrunk was UNSAFE! Passenger side mirror would not stay in place so driver could see to pass other vehicles on highway. Every time we went over a pothole, railroad track, bridge, or rough spot on the road, it would swing out. Passenger had to roll down window every time to readjust mirror only to have it happen again. We ended up taking a longer route just to get off the highway. This truck should not have been allowed on the road, and certainly isn't drivable with only one person..
Brian FOwner was very nice and helpful. Vehicle was ready and loaded with dolly and furniture pads already by the time I arrived. Highly recommend this establishment!
