I scheduled the rental two weeks ahead of the day that I was going to use the truck and was not given any instructions until the day of when I scanned the code. Then I had trouble getting anything to go through on the app. I called customer service and they sent me to someone who is not able to access my district. Thankfully the guy for the location showed up and helped us out. Then when we went to turn the truck in, the app wouldn't work again.
