The gentleman that greeted us when we returned the trailer was more than helpful a few days earlier when we needed to extend our contract but could not reach anyone in customer service. After almost 2 hours on hold I gave up and called my drop off location. The gentleman who answered the phone ensured me that keeping the trailer an extra day was ok and I was very relieved. Wish someone would have told me to call that location earlier.

We had a tire blow out near Nashville. The company that they came out to fix the tire was very incompetent… After misc phone calls to u haul and the repair company we were finally on the road…. (. 3.5 hours later). In the state of Georgia we noticed 4 Uhaul trailers on the side of the road with flat tires
