Next time you could include everything on the reservation. The truck I picked up from this location didn't have the equipment that was requested in the reservation. I had to drive to multiple uhaul locations just to pickup an appliance dolly. Terrible experience. Save your time and money. I wouldn't rent from here again l.

Individual renting out the U-haul was 10 minutes late. That's me getting my u-haul 10 minutes later than my reservation time. Lateness aside, he was quick at dealing with the multiple customers waiting for their pickup and easy to deal with.

We rented additional equipment online (dolly and pads) but when we got there nothing was available The attendant said they dont offer those at that location anymore and when i asked why is it available online he laughed on my face and said i dont know Our moving experience was a nightmare without the dolly

Original pickup location 20 miles from my house said when I arrived, they no longer were in Uhaul business. Second location instructions to location were wrong. I found location after giving up by driving into a field of Uhaul trailers off Durham street

The listed address was difficult to locate by GPS. Needs to be updated. Also having a drop off location close to destination would have been more efficient. Example, my destination was 12336 Gulf Freeway Houston, TX 77034. My drop off location was way past many other U-Haul locations, while there was one only five minutes away.

The people were perfectly fine. I tried to pick up the truck through the mobile app but the person wouldn't let me get it because he couldn't call my fiancé or something. The truck was junk, it kept pulling to the right and went into skids three times. If I wasn't used to them from driving up north, that thing would have flipped.

I was overcharged, the rep at the location made me scan my DL again, and almost made me pay for the service again although I prepaid and mentioned 5 times that I am ther for mobile pickup. Also He tried to charge me 100% tax on rope. The first truck I was given did not have a door lock.

There was no signage indicating it was u haul, it's located between two one way streets so it's not easy to back track. The gave me a vehicle that would not start, it took at least 30 minutes to pick up a truck. The communication was very poor

The uHaul website told us we could pick up at 8am. The location doesn't open until 9am. The owner didn't show up until around 9:15am. There was no apology for being late. A couple of people were checked out in front of us, so we didn't get out until 9:45am. So, we were running almost 2 hours behind schedule.

The truck was clean but had a scraping metallic sound from the engine when accelerating. On the lot, it was parked between another truck and a tree with less than 12" on either side. I was able to get it out ok but many people would have trouble. It would be nice for the staff to bring the truck to the customer if they have to park it in such tight conditions.

A customer should never be emailed by the recovery department bc the agent did not check the trailer back in after drop off. It wasted my time and energy to have to prove that I returned the trailer. Very unprofessional and poor service. This location is run poorly and would never recommend to someone. It has tarnished my opinion of Uhaul as a company.

Reserved a dolly and moving blankets for touch-less pickup. They were not in the truck. Had to go into the office to pick it up and they were out of any blankets despite Uhaul CSR confirming by phone that they had all the supplies.

This was the most disgusting UHaul place I've ever been in - dirty, and the stench was unbearable. Not to mention the woman was very flippant about not having the packing blankets i'd pre ordered. Fat lot of good a refund did me when I was loading.

The only recommendation I can give is to make it easier for individuals to maneuver the vehicles out of the lot. Upon picking up our truck, I had to request another truck be moved and had to back our truck up into the middle of the lot. It wasn't terribly difficult for me but I can see it being more difficult for others who aren't as familiar driving a vehicle of this size.

the trailer we paid for in advance and reserved was not there. We had to wait for another one to be delivered. The 2 men working there really had no idea how to work the reservation system or handle the numerous customers in the store who were waiting for their rides.

The trucks are stored in a muddy field. Mud all over the inside and kicks up tons of rocks from the mud driving down the road. Missing license plate and a damaged ignition that cut my hand it was so difficult to turn. * my original reservation was for a downtown location which canceled in my two days prior. I booked a month ahead of time. I'll pay for mover next time.

The only improvement would be to improve the lot the vehicles are parked in. The day I picked up my vehicle (which was very clean) the ground was muddy and I very quickly got the vehicle dirty and my shoes had to be cleaned before I could walk in my house. Other than improving the lot, great experience!

I did not receive the dolly I reserved with my order. When I called to see if I could pick one up they didn't even have one to offer me. This caused GREAT issues when moving. I received notification the other day that I have been reimbursed the 7$ for the failed rental equipment however, since UHAUL did not follow through with their promise of my reserved equipment I'm disappointed that's all they reimbursed. THEN, after we started driving the UHAUL ANTS - LOTS OF ANTS - started crawling ALL OVER US. They swarmed our bodies including our necks and faces. At one point, this almost caused us to crash because the driver was trying to get them off his body. We returned the truck and I disputed the charges however, I have YET to hear from a UHAUL representative. I'm willing to understand mistakes. I understand things are not always perfect. I have to say, I'm downright disgusted and disappointed with UHAUL right now because I haven't received a simple apology nor any show of apathy for the two major mistakes they made this past weekend. I haven't received a phone call and the time I called UHAUL I had to wait an hour to speak with someone. If you didn't have a dolly available, call me and tell me before I pick up my equipment so I can prepare. Disappointed.

Pave the parking lot. I picked up the uhaul after a storm the night before and the lot was full of mud and large pools of water, so it was hard to backup the uhaul as it would get stuck in reverse due to the large pools of water/mud, and there were ants everywhere. But good location-wise to town and simple process with the team on hand.

Dropping off the UHAUL was a really easy process thanks to the online check-in/out process that UHAUL uses for truck rentals. I was extremely surprised at how easy and efficient the steps were to drop off the UHAUL to make sure it was ready for someone else to use.

There was no indication that these vehicles are ever cleaned or sanitized on the inside. When we got into the vehicle there was dirt on the floor and sticky liquid in the cup holder. The parking lot in which these vehicles are stored was not well maintained with many pot holes.

Had issues locating the drop off location, as the address and name did not match. Once I found the location, I followed the instructions to return the vehicle. However, I could not find the drop off box to return keys. After walking the entire lot I called the number and was told it was the building next door. This building did not look associated with the location in anyway, as there was a fence between the two properties. I was able to return keys, but was very confused!

The parking lot is on a dirt area to get the trailers and it is very congested. There was barely any room to get the trailers hitched to my truck. It blocks all other vehicles trying to come in to get their equipment.

There was a dying cockroach on the floor when I walked in. The truck was parked in a muddy lot that I had to walk through to get the truck. I was asked if I wanted to purchase insurance when I had already selected it during my online reservation. I forgot to pick up my furniture pads and when I called to say I would come back to pick up, I was told they didn't have them. Not that they were out, they don't carry them.

The truck was parked in a very muddy area, which made it difficult to get to it. The guy working was very nice. It was very frustrating because I had reserved a truck MUCH closer to my house. I received a text 5 minutes before my pick up time telling me that they did not have the truck. I was told that another place off of Antoine in Houston had it. I drove to that one, just to be told they did not have it either. I was then sent further into Houston to the one off of Shepard. This was a very frustrating experience.

The people were very kind, it was moreso the UHaul side of it. The people at my original location I had for a truck never showed up, so I had to be sent to Heights Auto. None of my links worked for checking the truck out or returning it. The fuel gage was 3/4 tank lower than what was on the contact but the place had 5 people waiting for a UHaul and it was pouring rain so it wasn't worth it to wait in line to figure it out. Got additionally charged for the fuel being less than ‘contracted'. Overall, not very impressed with UHaul.
