The app would not let you take a picture of yourself so it became very frustrating that we had to call and it wasted 20 to 30 minutes.

Also, my husband was having trouble with cell service and they let him use their phone.

Bruce BordenI was supposed to be able to pick up the vehicle via phone app before they opened but the app didn't work, and after 45 minutes of unsuccessful calls to UHaul customer support lines the admin of the location showed up. She blamed the problem on the prior renter of the vehicle who somehow messed up the remote access she had set up. The admin was helpful and had me on the road in 10 minutes, but the process is poor and this should not happen.
Dennis KeppleI would not recommend this location. I had requested moving pads with the truck. They were not provided and there was no one local to talk to. Calling the U-Haul number meant waiting for a return call which was not possible. I asked that the fee for the pads be removed but was charged anyway. I would not rent a U-Haul from this location.

Lisa HalesBrought the truck back with 1/8 more gas than was required so I could pay a little forward to the next person that rented the vehicle. Employee said he had to record what was in the tank and not what was required. So I was required to bring it back at 3/4 tank and brought back at 7/8’s so instead of letting the next customer have the 1/8 of gas he not only lost a customer in me but now he can’t give the next customer an 1/8 tank gas, where he could have earned future business from both of us. Doesn’t seem like much but with today’s gas prices that 1/8 tank could have helped someone out. I’ve been in customer service for many years and this was a perfect example of horrible customer service and overall a bad business decision.

Daniil PetrovskiySo I went through a lot of changes when picking up my uhaul . My location got switched , my time got switched , which put my travel time behind . My truck also got changed from a 10 to a 20ft truck . Which means more in gas , and basically overall an empty truck considering I booked over a week in advance for that reason . I was so upset , I was never told about the truck changes , which cost me 75-100$ every time I filled up which in total made me spend way more money that I had . So now it’s on my credit card and will build interest considering it was not in my budget - however Belinda at this location went above and beyond for me , she was so nice - she listened to me vent and understood my frustrations , she had so much patience and really is a saint . However in the future because of this experience I will not be choosing uhaul , about 2000$ was spent - 5 hours of my time put me off schedule and I only received a 50$ credit when the truck being 10 extra feet cost me about 100$ more to rent . Again - I booked over a week in advance and should NOT have had this experience and everything changed on me at the very last minute .
