This is in a residential area, and where the trucks are parked, their is a low roof that could easily be hit by inexperienced drivers without a spotter. The location itself is a convenience store, and the drop-box for a "App" contactless experience did not happen. I still needed to wait for the clerk to go through additional steps, which I expected to avoid by using the app to check in. Not sure what would have happened if I returned after hours.

This was a poor experience I made multiple call and was transferred many times and things that I clearly stated were fucked up by uhaul. I am sure I will tell people of how poorly this was handled.
DENIS MUnfortunately this location is in a very small convenience store that is almost empty. The young man who did the truck return for us took over 40 minutes to try to do it on his phone and computer, then called someone to help him with the program and was finally able to send me a vehicle return receipt. I did offer several times to do it on my phone myself but he told me that he had it under control🤪
