This location was fine, but it was further from my house than what I booked so I ended up paying more in mileage just to pick up and return the van. the location, van and time I reserved online and confirmed was not available. Uhaul contacted me to change the location, but did not offer a credit for mileage or lower rate, which would have been fair since change was because they didn't have the van available after all. I would have had to change my date/time or pay more. I opted to pay slightly more since my help was lined up for the date I reserved, but I'm not happy about that additional charge. If I ever reserve from Uhaul in the future, I will want to get a confirmation of vehicle availability more than two days before the rental.Katherine T.

We were supposed to be able to pick the truck up at 7:00, through self pickup and clearly stated in our confirmation. When I got there at 7 am and started the check in process I received a message saying that the reservation had been converted to pickup at 9 when the office open. No email, warning or any indication that was a possibility. This put us 2 hours behind. Very disappointing. On a bright note, the clerk on duty apologized, was very professional in how be handled things and showed true empathy. As far as the vehicle goes, very functional and CLEAN.MARK S.

Rude service from Cory. Provided feedback about an issue with my rental and he said I was suspect and he was skeptical of me because I didn't come into the store immediately and instead took a picture and then called in. I let him know he was making me feel like I had to defend myself when I was giving feedback and I could send a picture to verify the issue. Instead of understanding that his approach and tone were making me uncomfortable he said a picture doesn't prove anything because he doesn't know when I took the picture, even though the odometer would prove the picture was taken upon first getting the vehicle. Would not recommend this location to anyone solely because of the poor customer service.Ida A.

I originally was suppose to pick up in Grayson KY after I was told by the website I had a truck. I was also told that the website dont tell you that information when I know it does because I tried to rent in Huntington West Virginia. This location that I picked the truck up from in Hilliard Ohio was very friendly very nice and I would recommend it anyone to go there. I suggest that U-Haul company period gets their website together so this doesn't happen to anyone else.Michelle H.

I was overcharged I drove 35 miles not 135 miles. I called today she said she will call me back tomorrow. I will call my credit card company tomorrow and stop payment. Also it took almost a half hour just to get the truck after a filled out all the information. The web site would not download my picture from my license. I hope this gets resolved quickly.
