Uhaul changed the pickup sit to 40min away I used the truck and returned it to the location I was told same day the app wouldn't let me return it online. I got a call 2 days later asking about the trucks location. I returned it same day clean and with same amount of gas. They charged me an extra $60 for not taking it to a new location when I picked it up and dropped it off where I was told. Poor

They charged me a late fee for being back before noon and we returned the truck with considerably more fuel then when we received it Had to call the service center to get a customer service rep to help get checked in The lady said it was not her job at the receiver location and to go outside and find someone to help Poor experience
cale cThe drop off location was changed and I already had my car parked at the drop off location that I selected when reserving the vehicle. I had to talk to 3 people on the phone just to get the UHaul dropped off because they changed my drop off location so the App wouldn't let me return it on there. Then, even after talking to 2 people and having the drop off location corrected, the App still wouldn't let me return it so I had to call and talk to a 3rd person to make sure it was returned properly so I didn't get charged.

Matt TTrain your customer service representatives!!! Was transfered/placed on hold SEVERAL times for a minor issue that was resolved by the LAST person in a matter of seconds! Frustration does NOT decribe the ineptness of the FOUR DIFFERENT associates I spoke with for this issue.
Lori VThis location was recommended by your agent who called and confirms day of use. My original location was not available, contrary to what was mentioned online. She found this location, but did not tell me it was lockbox location. The approval process online was stuck and not user friendly even though all the steps was done. I had to call multiple times for instructions and then to ge the approval completed.
