Great assistance with accommodating me with the return of the truck. I explained that due to unforeseen incidents such as me being in the hospital for 2 days, and when the highway from Jasper to Kamloops was closed and detoured, hence extending my mileage, i was hoping for some consideration with the charges. But i guess, corporate is corporate giving no considerations.
