The pickup process itself went smoothly but there were no furniture pads or a dollie in the truck, which I had ordered. I was frustrated that no one from the Honey Brook Express had called me ahead of times to let me know that those items wouldn't be available. I would have made other arrangements, buying or renting a dollie. It made the moving process much more difficult and we had to call upon another relative to help us.Joshua B.

Attention to detail is definitely lacking. 1. When I dropped off he vehicle, they misread the mileage and tried to over charge me $100 more. 2. They had me down for a two day rental instead of one day. I was over charged and was on the phone with U-Haul for 45 minutes to get a $20 credit. It was not a good experience at all!jonathan L.

The gentleman at the location was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, no one told him I was coming and he hadn't done a uhaul rental before. It took a little longer than expected since he had to make a couple of calls to get all the pieces in place. He did an excellent job with getting what was needed. :)Sheree M.
The entire experience of this rental was absolutley horrible from start to finish. I've always used uhaul but will do some research with other companies moving forward for my business needs.Tracy G.
Unpeofessional...They did not process my return on-time and I was charged late fees. The truck just sat there for 2 days before they closed my rental. I was told a manager would return my call in an hour. No one ever contacted me. I simply received a final bill. Moving is stressful enough, you don't need these hassles.Monica M.
