Larry at Hoods was excellent, he helped me on pick up and return. The young lady at the desk was also very nice. They met me outside to return which impressed me. The only thing would have been to clarify what type of electrical connection the trailer had before picking up. I had to buy an adapter and was lucky that a Lowe"s was only down the street.Michael B.

Please in fact make sure when renting blankets to a customer that you are positive there are the exact amount rented. I rented 12 and in fact only received 11. The employee checking me out only counted 11 and told the other employee that went and got them she only counted 11 and the employee that got them said â€œno, there's 12.â€ So the employee checking me out dismissed it at that. When in fact there were only 11. I hope I do not get charged for one missing. Yes, I realize I should have counted them as well, but the weather was storming and I was by myself and on a time crunch and thought â€œthey do this all the time; surely they can count blankets! Apparently, I was mistaken.â€Cozy H.
1) When a customer does a reservation on-line for a trailer â€œandâ€ dollys at a pre-selected location, don't change their reserved pick-up location to one that does not have the dollys. You make customer have to go to two locations to get their equipment. 2) Better training. Other than attaching to ball on hitch, none of the chains were hooked up correctly and the emergency brake chain wasn't connected at all. I guess you can say I was â€˜lucky' that I had to go back to original reserved location for dollys because they properly connected the trailer to my vehicle.Andres T.
