The pick up and drop off places were fine. The phone help I received was a zero star experience. My drop off place was changed AFTER I checked out. Then I got on the phone and had it changed back. The person on the phone told me I could drop off the trailer and Bandera. I drove all the way to Bandera to return the trailer and then I was told there that I couldn't return it and Bandera that I had to go all the way to Helotes. It was awful, especially with high gas prices.Sydney K.

I can't think of a thing- Service was amazing, cheerful and very helpful! They made the vehicular portion of my logistically challenging move super easy! I will be back-LAURIE H.
Recommendation: Have the UHaul agent verify the beginning and ending mileage of a move with the customer's photos of same.. My experience with a new UHaul store was excellent, but my actual miles travelled included 3 â€œghostâ€ miles billed, though not travelled. For a local move of less than 1.5 miles, a 13 mile charge at $.79 per mile seemed overly expensive, given that an extra $5.00 was also needed to bring the gas tank back to 3/8ths full. Aside from this small concern, my UHaul rental was professionally handled, with friendliness, efficiency and genuine interest in keeping every customer happy and coming back for help with future moves. Lady at the U-Haul place stated that she was close on Sunday and Monday so even though I rented it for Saturday and was going to return it on Saturday I was it having to keep it all the way to Tuesday to return my U-Haul now I'm having to dispute charges because I didn't get charged correctly for the days that I was supposed to have the Reno Not only that I've spent three hours on customer care for they can keep hanging up on me saying that they can't hear me after waiting an hour to two hours to get helpMAURICIO A.
