Friendly staff. The man setting back in the office never even offered to help the upfront staff. As a manager you should be willing to jump in and help to avoid the extensive waiting. Customers prefer fluency and efficiency.Rosie M.

Only thing I have is the rental process via text. There were quite a few at first with different links for different things which caused some confusion. In addition, I didn't receive a copy of my contract. Or at least I couldn't find it.KURT C.

moving truck worked fine, but virtual pickup and dropoff apps were horrible. When returning, dropoff would not work until I used the web based version. This caused my return to go over 45 minutes. No moving blankets were given to me in my moving truck even though I paid for them. I called customer service for help with return and was on hold for 45 minutes; never ever did talk to anyone. I will not be using your services again.Michael D.

Our fist time using a cargo trailer, 2 elderly women traveling 1,000 mile to get home. Great customer service, friendly & knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of our questions and offered great advice on how to maneuver the trailer. We had no issues & would use them again. Very happy with this experience.PATRICIA F.

Tony and his coworker were very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. They made us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in. The check in process was easy. Helpful attendants, service and products all good. However: the cell phone photo of dr.lic. ID is a hassle and a convoluted process. [NOT GOOD] An online form to type-in the desired info should work fine. This photo thing is unnecessary and unwarranted. Even if you're a fan of the technological fun-n-games... it's really just new means to an UNimproved end.Jerry G.

I was really disappointed when the vehicle had less than a quarter tank when I got it. I had to worry about fueling it and not my move. Also it shook horribly under certain conditions at 35 mph and around 55 mph. The pain was very nice and so was Aaron who helped me, but the truck was a huge displeasure to drive when shaking.ARRON V.

Visual appearance looked decent. After opening the back of the truck up it smelled of marijuana. I don't know what the previous renter did but we had to use the truck with that horrible smell. I discussed with rental guy and he did not care. Gas tank was supposed to be full but was under full and I had to pay the fill more than what I used in fuel.Charley S.

Honestly, I have used U-Haul many times in my life, and this location on Gun Club Rd was by far the Best one I have ever used. The staff was so kind, funny, and accommodating, and **Honest**! Lots of stars on that because this is the first one I've come across that I felt confident they wouldn't try to 'manufacture' a reason to gouge me fees upon return. And they didn't. I never go beyond the basic thumbs up in my recommendations, but this one deserved the novel.MELISSA R.
When we picked up our moving truck it only had 1/4 tank of gas and the cab of the truck had a very strong marijuana smell. This is of major concern for many reasons but especially because we were traveling through states where recreational cannibis is not legal. Also, the truck wasn't cleaned from the previous user.JARED R.

Be honest in the listing for the equipment, $98/day is not what you're charged. You are charged for a week rental no matter when you return it, cost was more than double what I was told, so thanks a lot uhaul for making my move even harder financially then it already was.Shane S.

Please update your systems I waited an hour or so for the agent to take my payment. After several calls to another agent for help it still didn't work. Agent tried submitting manually that didn't work finally I just said let's try to slide my card through the card reader and finally it went through. Agent was good but disturbed that it took so long and so was I as this had never happened before renting from uhaul. This didn't mean that I won't come back but I would hope that the systems are more updated or more training on the systems if necessary.Tyrone C.

This may be unfairly low. This is a new location, just getting started. The kid checking me out was not trained and was having a heard checking me out because he was trying to figure out the program. It took close to 2 hours to get the rental completed. He could not show me the contract and I had to sign based on verbal. The email contract was so small I couldn't read it on my computer screen when I got home. He could not give a printed copy to me. I never was given how to determine where to return the truck. It took a long time waiting to get a phone representative to find out where.WALTER G.
