The vehicles appear to be parked in someone's back yard. The truck was not cleaned or sanitized. I had to wipe down the cab area before I used it. Not very COVID compliant at all. I had to have the truck that day otherwise I would have canceled.Henry B.

We picked up the truck using the lock box. Although I understand the process having to send so many pictures of licenses and id and self seems over the top. If you're savvy with your phone, etc, it's irritating but if you aren't savvy it would be a problem for some to figure out.Jason E.

The young lady that helped me was super professional and understood that helping her customers actually leads directly to repeat business. After having difficulty with renting a trailer from a different assigned uhaul location, I remembered her from a previous rental and stopped. She took the initiative to solve my problem even though she was very business. After she made a phone call or two , I had my trailer and was on my way !!! The building looked like a crack house. No masks were worn. Woman working there had her children in a corner playing and made one of them go to the shed to get furniture pads for me. The truck had no a/c. When I addressed this the woman became rude and told me there were no other trucks. I drove 3.5 hours with no a/c from Florida to Georgia. Worst U-Haul experience I've ever had. Filed a complaint with no response as of yet from UHaul.MELISSA S.

Not because of the dealer, but BECAUSE the U-HAUL System to enter your Drivers license system is extremely poor. I entered my Drivers Lic info before picking up the Van and when I arrived I had to do it all over again.....It took me 40 minutes on my phone to get approved. Then when I used the Lock Box.....It said enter the 4 letters.....When I did FURK the box would not open.....It never said you have to spin the dial around once for it to engage......Your system is very poor.......The Dealer was GREAT......U-Haul is the PROBLEM.Gary S.

We could not text when we returned the equipment. We rented a dolly for 56 or 58 dollars and was charged 75.00. We only had the dolly for about 4 hours. The paper said 9 am but we didn't pick it up till about 11 am and brought it back at 4:21. The worst experience we have ever had with u-haul. Tried to return it at a closer location and they wanted to charge us 30.00 more cause they said it was after hours of the place where we got it from which closed at 1pm. Terrible experience. Truck had been lightly wiped out at best. Spilled cofffee on passenger door. Location was acceptable. The biggest issue is Uhauls check in procedure. It was extremely cumbersome and slow, then both contacts had to be manually called. This is rediculous. After that, we had to be manually given a key anyway. I have rented from uhaul many times with the average encounter taking under 10 mins. This took well over 30. It needs some rethinking. Beyond this the truck was perfect.easy to drive and smoothJaymie M.

The problem is with the toll free reservation . when I made reservation. I was told the trailer would cozy 206 with ins. And drop on in memphis. I picked the trailer and the clerk said the total would be 265 because reservation agent forgot to add drop off elsewhere. I called cuts service and the man I talked to was rude and totally disrectful.Robert T.

The key box fell off the wall when attempting to open the lock. There was dirt all over the floor on the front cab. It was worse on the passenger side than driver side. Although the location has business hours listed, they were not open. I needed to extend the rental time and had to pay for a full extra day in order to keep it past 5pm although it would be returned the same day. I was told by customer service it's a rule for that specific location. And the amount paid was more than the original price of the truck rental. That type of information should be included during the reservation. I paid over $100 for a 15' truck for a few hours. I will NEVER use this location again.Ericka R.
