Help parking and disconnecting trailer would have been helpful since I wasn't familiar with the Uhaul equipment since connected by store when I picked it up. Didn't have trouble since familiar with other trailers.

I did everything on the app and had everything checked in for return, but staff member made sure and took notes with clipboard that I was who I was, and everything was done accordingly.

At this location nothing. Very knowledgeable staff. Excellent service. They ensured I had the right equipment for safety. You may need to advise other locations to thoroughly check the customer’s equipment as I had rented a similar trailer a few months from a different location and their equipment was damaged, strap too short, and they were not as thorough as this location. I will be returning here for future needs.

The trailer made it. It was rusty and missing parts. The manager of this location was extremely helpful in returning the equipment.
The national company was terrible to deal with. Rented a truck and trailer, had to pick up from 2 separate locations and return to 2 other separate locations. The local people are very understanding…….but national Uhaul company as a whole is THE WORST. WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. Terrible

The attempted upsell of insurance after I'd already declined online really irritated me and is my primary reason for the ratings given. Claimed trailer had been inspected in the morning in preparation for my visit, yet 1) couldn't locate it when we arrived and 2) needed to replace the electrical harness after it was located. Requiring names and numbers of not one, but two alternate contacts and a refusal to let me hook up the trailer eliminated any remaining trust though we later learned these are Uhaul corporate policies.

Your app didn't work on my phone or my PC. It listed what I had to do for the drop off, even included a video, but there were no links to upload the photos, or anyway to complete the process. You have to fix that. We tried multiple ways, and were unsuccessful due to your apps inability to complete the process. Fortunately, Indian Shores in Woodruff, WI was able to complete the process for us. I've rented from you a number of times and never had this problem. You need to check into this.

No one was present for the turn in and then they charged me $25+ tax for “cleaning” of the vehicle which I had already done. Called Uhaul HQ and filed a dispute against the charged cleaning fee and no one has responded to the dispute.
