Scott DAdvise customers that they must take pictures of the truck before they remove it from your property, 20 minutes after I checked in I was able to pull out after doing everything that U-Haul wanted me to do online using on a data minutes because there was no Wi-Fi outside. That was a bummer.
James PI was switched to this pick up site from my original choice. I wanted an early time and a location with a person to check in with and this wasn’t an option at Indian Shores. The online check in took close to a half hour and I couldn’t upload photos.
