Your employee was 15 mins late. There was wet mud on the floor of the van. When moving, timing is of the essence as things inevitably happen to alter the schedule. Picking up a vehicle at the reserved time should never be one of those things.

I rent U-Haul trucks at least 4 times a month and have used rental locations all over the area. I have used Innovative Auto Repair for my last several rentals. Pick ups at this location are always easy and fast. When I pick up trucks early, Sam is always there and has the vehicle ready for me. She is knowledgeable and very helpful.

I was charged for something extra and the charges were made after returning the truck and wasn’t given an explanation about the charge . I put fuel and have proof from pictures I took of the fuel gauge when I picked up the truck and when I dropped it off

I had a great experience. I tried to rent at U-Haul in Mount Laurel on Route 38 and had the worst experience so I left there and went to this location in Cherry Hill on route 70. Chris was extremely helpful.

Everything went smoothly, which I can not have said about previous UHAUL experiences. The location was great and I will be utilizing this location should I ever need it in the future.

Was unorganized....said they didn't have a dolly I reserved so gave me a big awkward hand truck which made my move a 100 times harder & way longer than necessary. I needed to wheel things on the dolly through narrow spaces instead I had to drag every thing. When I returned Uhaul truck they said we did have the dolly but I thought it we didn't have any but I won't charge you for it. I was wiped out & exhausted from the move. The gas attendant at the gas station slash UHAUL Business then tries to strong arm to give him $12 dollars when I say can you put in $10 to refill truck gas Tank because he is on the phone and isn't paying attention. It was a hot mess there.

Hours on the door stated open until 2 on Sunday and I arrived at 1:30 and the place was locked up and no one was there..again the transaction was over the internet..so I rented a truck ,returned the truck and never saw a single person....

I enter a service station with a Uhual out back. There was no one there to check me out of my rental return. The owner just ask me for the key and told me coldly that I would get an email. I felt awful because I didnt want to be held responsible for anything.

Notify customers of change of CORRECT Pick up location! Better space for drop off after hours!

Don’t have trucks that need to be jump started in your lot selection. The system should be working smoothly, there’s no reason I should be delayed from receiving my truck for 30+ minutes because the system or the internet isn’t working properly. Explain to employees the car should not be running already when handing the car off to the customer. The customer should start it. The truck should not have service needed notifications when it’s handed to the customer.

i ordered 2 dozen moving pads with truck and they had no pads.it caused a lot of damage to items i was moving by not having them I'm really not very satisfied being pad are a key component in a moving job.

Pricing should be accurate! I paid more than the rate I was quoted on line a rate of $19.95 per hour plus mileage and somehow paid $73.38 for 2 hours of rental. That ridiculous.

The U-Haul office in the building could use addition signs to identify the clear path to the office. The office is not very professional looking. The staff (1 girl) that I worked with excellent.
