They told me no additional charges and then I find out that they sneakily did charge me for an additional day after I returned it when I was told to by hat same location earlier in the week. Not Happy With Them Beware

The location was fine but the only time I was notified that I wasn't picking up at my preferred location was in a text buried after information about covid and checking in online so I overlooked that and went to my preferred location instead.

My drop off location updated without my consent. It changed from Cherry hill, NJ to Philadelphia,PA even though I wasn't asked for it. I had to call customer service to have it updated it again, however, I was asked to pay another $200 for different location why? because someone in Philadelphia is reserved a truck that I need to bring it there. Like I am uhaul's private driver? that was the most ridiculous customer service experience I ever had. I wasted an hour on the phone. Finally, the supervisor was able to fix my issue. Thank God. I dropped it off to Cherry Hill, NJ.

The truck‘s box was a disgrace. The piles of mouse droppings really left no confidence that cab was wiped down. Very disappointing in this time of pandemic.

The pick up & drop off was very inconvenient. I would never do grab & go again. All the picture taking & then not being able to continue until I chose the safe move & safe trip options was not right. You're forcing people to take insurance even if they don't need it. It should not take 40 minutes to pick up a truck. I would never use it again. Very dissatisfied.

Wipe done the interior surfaced and a quick vacuuming. The inside of the truck was very dirty, dusty sticky finger marks, could have use a quick wipe down.

I pre-ordered 1 Utility Dolly with the van - I did not get any notification that there will be a problem and when I arrived to pick up the car and the dolly, the receptionist told me that she does not have the dolly for me. I do not understand why you pre-order if eventually they stuff you order is not there...

You can close this location because it's in a trash heap location run by people who haven't the slightest idea what customer service is and the truck's e-brake barely worked.

They didn't have all the equipment requested, but they handled it well. I don't think they could have handled it any better. The side office seemed a little suspect, but someone greeted me as I passed the shop and explained, so it wasn't as suspicious as appeared.

Contacted Maple Shade for rental, reservation was made automatically for 4 pm. The pick-up was at 1390 Marlton Pike E, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034, which was fine. However, the CH U-Haul closes at 4 pm. I called the CH location, the gentleman switched the reservation to electronic pick-up. Everything worked out.

When a rental time and place is offered online, don't change the location and time (twice) because equipment isn't available at the reserved time. I won't rent from U-Haul again.

The dolly in the back of the truck was not secure and it moved about the truck. The agent was superb as usual. This was my second rental from this location and I will return if I need anything for moving.

I picked up the truck at a place that was specific to U-Haul, in the future I will arrange to drop off in a similar place. Dropping it off at a gas station meant there was no one with any knowledge of anything. I didn't know whether I needed to sign off with someone and the guy pumping gas had no idea either

We returned the truck after just two hours as we were picking up a swing set for my grandson, and once we got there, we realized that the wood had rotted. While I realize that the rental was no refundable, it would have been nice to maybe get some type of refund. I am sure they re-rented that truck immediately as there was a high demand for these trucks. The staff was very nice-I just think it would have been a nice gesture. Not only did I not get a swing set, I paid $80 for the experience:( Thanks for listening.

The cabin was picked up, no debris, but filthy. I had to wipe everything down myself, even in covid times. They said they spray but do not wipe down. My wipes were black. The ignition key did not fit well. I had to play with it to work.

I would never ever again rent from Uhaul. The person who helped me was very nice and efficient and the truck was clean and just fine. However it was ungodly expensive. Budget and Penske were both cheaper. The only reason I couldn;t get from one of them was that they were booked up. I used a 15ft truck for six hours, used it for 65 miles and it cost me $185.00. That's insane and disgraceful. They are the largest truck rental around and yet they are the most expensive. I had moved up here from Florida and rented a truck from Uhaul down there and it was $29.00 plus .79 per mile. Here in S Jersey it was $29.00 plus $1.79. So the same run in FL would have cost me $65.00 less. I will never rent from them again.

I will never rent here again. This was the first time I ever rented and I was not sure how it worked and just trusted what I was told. No one ever told me to check mileage or gas. I saw a text the following day of how I should have done it before I left. I was never told that. Also the mileage and gas recordings were wrong. I was told it would be so much cheaper then it was. Also had a 5 dollar extra charge on bill for who knows what. So a 45 dollar rental I was told turned in 87 dollars on bill and they charged my credit card 100. So don't rent here. Also place was so dirty. Very shady. The girl Sam acted like she was looking out for me but actually she did not.

Terrible experience. I spoke to both Chris and Sam and specifically requested and reserved a hand cart and 6 moving blankets. I was promised they would be in the truck upon pick up. We arrived at 8PM to get truck, and the truck was empty. Called customer service to assist as no one is on lot after hours and they could not assist until the next morning at 7AM. Our move was at 6AM. Horrible experience to move with no hand cart or blankets.
