The app and online pickup and drop off process is horrible, something that would have taken me 15min in the store took 3 hours and 4 phone calls, waiting on hold, didn't get all of the equipment. Save your self the hassle and don't use the website or the app, it sucks.Nicholas G.

Using the app. is not a good experience. If you remove the locator portion of it, it is fine. I couldn't log in when I did my return because it wouldn't load. Very frustrating. Also, your 99 cents per mile is a little expensive. I will definitely look around next timeJonathan H.

I applied for a truck at one location and made a reservation. They did not honor the res. So at this location they substituted a larger gas guzzling truck instead of the one I reserved. So everything cost me more. Horrible experience.HERMAN C.

The vehicle did not have much gas. 3/8 of a tank. The towing gear feature was broken and stuck in the on position. This meant the vex hike used a lot more gas than necessary, which ended up costing me a lot more in gas than necessary. The rental administration need to check the vehicles out to make sure they are working properly.Paul K.

UHAUL receptionist/sales assoc. at Innovative did not explain anything, such as mileage, etc. She printed out a receipt and handed me the keys to my rental. I do know that I stuck with the mileage that I paid for - 10 miles. The info on my receipt is incorrect: mileage ended with 28 and ended with 38 when I returned the rental. WHAT are all these additional charges???? UHAUL is a scam. You advertise $19.95 for in-town. I had the vehicle for no more than 5 hours and am shelling out over $65 when gas included!!!! That's $50 more than expected. Give me a break. I went to my bank and saw an additional $5.27 charge aside from the $52.58 at the shop.QUANDRA K.

Although my experience at this particular location was excellent. My experience with U-Haul overall has not been satisfactory. Prior to this successful rental, the weeks leading up to this were challenging to say the least. The night before our move a few weeks ago our rental was canceled due to overbooking. We scheduled another move the following week, when we went to pick up our truck rental the place was closed on a Saturday morning. This was not the same place as the successful facility I am rating just want to make that clear. After a 2 1/2 hour drive and several phone calls to U-Haul we learned that they dropped the ball on our rental and we actually did not have a truck for our move so we had to turn around and drive 2.5 hours back home again.Donna S.

Original reservation was for edge water park location they did not have trailer I reserved. Then was sent to moorestown who also did not have it luckily this final location had one that I could rent. And the young lady a was very pleasantALONSO C.
Parking and maneuvering is tight. Not the most attractive location. Check in was efficient, and drop off was easy.Drew D.
All around need to work on reservation tranfer to right department on hold for a hour when transfered to wrong dept didn't get what I I reserved have to still rent another rental to move my refrigerators since they gave my appliance large dolly away to someone else have to go to different locations to pickup in Maple shade NJ for equipment which I should not have to do then went 20 miles more which your company profits on charging me miles to pickup equipmentJeffrey R.

I would have the customer fill up the tank before sending it back. That way the new customer would have a full tank and not have to guess at how much to put back in. We were given the truck half full and lost money in refilling the gas as we had no idea how much it would cost.KIMBERLEY W.
