They rented us a truck that had someone else’s things in it and it was locked with a code the worker didn’t know. We didn’t realize until we got to our destination and clearly they never checked. Yea, they accommodated us by giving us another truck but we had to go all the way back for a truck and they only had a 20’ one instead of a 10’. Inconvenient all around.
