JUAN OWe have now been illegally charged for 3 trucks. We only rented 1 and returned it within 6 hours. According to the fraudsters who are running this location, we still have trucks out 3 days later. I have called and it still hasn’t been resolved. I will never use u-haul again.

JOHANA EIsabella was great, but it was frustrating to have only one person there. She had to lock up to help another customer.

Dennis PIt was the location of pick up that I was frustrated with. I scheduled the pick up at 9am and the business owner didn't come to open the location until 9:45am. And I had hired movers for 9am,so they were in the clock since 9am and I was paying them to wait. It was a bad experience. But I called Uhaul and they gave me a 50 dollar discount,which was appreciated.
Orlando RI was so happy with my experience here. The location is so convenient. Lots of parking and easy access. Isabella is super nice and she was helpful and patient with me. I will definitely go here again, and recommend to my friends and family.

Zach TThey rented us a truck that had someone else’s things in it and it was locked with a code the worker didn’t know. We didn’t realize until we got to our destination and clearly they never checked. Yea, they accommodated us by giving us another truck but we had to go all the way back for a truck and they only had a 20’ one instead of a 10’. Inconvenient all around.
