appreciate all their service. Truck engine light came on after 1 1/2 miles. returned and was given a replacement truck right away, because the size truck I was using was not available I was given a larger truck at same rate. I was on a limited time limit and had to get something done ASAP. Thanks for the help.

I had difficulty signing up for the 24/7 Ride Share as the system would not support setting up the account (not user friendly.) I eventually had to call customer service to arrange an after hour drop-off. The wait for telephone support was long and arduous, however, the UHaul Support Representatives I eventually spoke with were very helpful in finding the right answers to my problems as they arose.

Hard to find -- hidden off the road. Office doesn't open until 9. Check-in by phone was fine until I couldn't get the lock off the back of the truck. Called the helpline, but they couldn't help. Finally managed to get the lock opened by chance. I won't do self-check-in again.

All was fine at location but had to wait thirty minutes for asst manager to open up. We were there at 9:30 but he got there at 10. He said bus was late. He was nice & helpful —- just late.

poor system to return your truck the cell return system sucks it would not take my code with 4 times I called the number provided I called the 800 number and was put on hold for half an hour. Worst experience I have ever had

The problem is with coordinating where I wanted to pick up my truck and where I wanted to drop it off. Neither of my choices were followed thru by U-Haul and both choices were changed at the very last minute. The pick up and delivery that you required was very much out of my way and very time consuming. I’m sure you know On moving day how much value there is time. For this reason I probably will not use your service ever again and pay a little more to use a truck rental service that respects my choices for pick up and drop off.

I was forced to pay an insurance fee even though I didn''t want it and I had other insurance. I was told I couldn't rent the truck if I didn't pay the charge. Why quote $19.95 per day when the real charge is substantially higher. It's robbery and I won't recommend U-haul again.

First They tried to quote me incorrectly by over $50 after I had a reservation held online. then They added a $14 safe trip fee I did not agree on. I have insurance. I agreed to $20 a day plus mileage and bring the truck back in the same condition and same gas! Other then this no issues.

The woman who helped me was amazing! I can't remember her name, but I rented a truck at 3:30pm on the 19th. She was amazing.

Large uhaul operation less than 1/2 mile away. This place can't help when checking out. Walk around with you, assist adjust mirrors. While out, called with questions and could not answer one! When check in, there was someone to walk around and check vehicle. Go to a place that is U-Haul. Never again for me

Signage out front denoting it as a U-Haul pickup (and dropoff if applicable) location. We saw the truck in the parking lot but were hesitant if it was the right place, as we were first-timers.

Did not get signature, mileage total or charges. Employee did not sign paper work stating the truck was turned in. We also had to call to get a return location closer to our location. We also were told to pick up the truck in Tifton which was much further than our location and the day before pickup, we were given the location closer to us and we charged with 40 EXTRA miles. The entire process was very confusing and stressful.

Our experience was horrible. I am not mad at the trainee, I am absolutely appalled the management team would only have a trainee working. We spend over thirty minutes attempting to get the U-Haul, which was already reserved and paid for three weeks prior. She had no idea what to do, and only when a manager called to check up on her were we able to move through the online process. She had to repeatedly enter my drivers license and credit card. Not to mention, when we first arrived, clearly expressing that we were here to pick up a rental truck, she had us fill out a "tenant" application!!!!

Over priced. Used the 10" truck for an hour went about 31 miles. Paid $87.. will now on use budget. So much for $19.95 in town. Also, $14 extra so if someone runs into me while driving truck I don't get charged $80k?! SCAM. Uhaul just lost a customer.

The hand truck I was supplied with had a flat tire, the attendant also did not tie down the hand truck after putting it in the back of the truck. Same front desk attendant was rude.

The fuel tank was not full when we drove away, regardless of what the employees took note of. For example, we rented a 10 ft truck, were billed for 42 miles, yet put nearly 9 gallons of fuel into the vehicle before returning it (we have receipts from the gas station). Unless the trucks all get 5mph, which is extremely unlikely, this is proof the vehicle did not have a "full" tank when given to us. Also, we registered for the truck online for a 9AM pickup, when we arrived at the location 5 minutes before 9 we were told the truck hadn't been processed in their system. We didn't leave with the vehicle until 9:30. This put us behind schedule picking our things up and was a problem that should have been resolved before hand. Not happy at all with this location.

Awful experience. Need training. No dollies as ordered. Not a good attitude. Took half an hour to check in. No orientation or walk around of truck. No idea how to use uhaul software. The list just goes on and on. :-((

I had an appointment to pick up a trailer but the place was locked up and deserted. I had to go back a second time after many phone calls. When I went back it was getting dark and they didn't have any lights in the office. It was not good.

I was charged 45.00 instead of 29.95 for the truck and then 7.00 for using a credit card. Nothing was said to me about this. My son picked up the truck and was not told to put gas in it or not so I figured I needed to add gas and I put much more in than I need to and told the man on the phone when I took it back and he said he would try to get me a refund and that he would call me and let me know. He never called and I tried to reach him at least three times during the week and he still never called. I do have the receipt where I put gas in the truck. So I did not have a good experience with this person. I think his name was Larry. I do hope someone will speak to him about this.

The service was very slow. The computer was old and did not work. I had to wait 40 minutes to get my truck. The offices were beyond filthy and not what I expected from U-Haul.

This place was not acceptable for any kind of transaction. I was met at the barbed wire gate of the wreck yard to the most filthy office ever. The truck was full of trash in the cab. It had to be jumped because the battery was dead. The had no blankets per my request. No one was around for the return like they said they would. I had to leave the truck outside the fence and hide the key because the guys kid had to be picked up from school. This location needs to be evaluated.

When I went to drop off the trailer, there wasn't anyone in the office. I found a greasy mechanic in the garage, who picked up a phone with his dirty hands and told me to talk to someone on the other end. My face got dirty from the grease on the phone. I was instructed to drop off the trailer at a different location, which I couldn't find (no map or written address was provided, only garbled directions over a cell phone). After driving around with an empty trailer for 45 min, I went back to the original location, and left the trailer. No receipt was given to me.

The other u-haul localations didn't know where this location was. It was not easy to find. It appeard to be a junk yard. When I called I couldn't get good directions to the location. They also indicated that it was open 24 hrs a day, but when we got there the gates were locked. I had to call several numbers before someone came to open the gate to get any service. I will most likely try someone else next time.

This location was awful. When we arrived at the location at 8, we had to wait for the guy to get out of bed. When he finally came out to greet us, he looked hung-over or on some kind of drug. He cursed several times and talked about killing other co-workers. Our expierence overal was just awful.

Just Gross!! I was referred to this location by your website... BIG MISTAKE! this rat hole of a wrecker service is running your name into the ground... disgusting drugged up customer service people tried to make me do their job for them, over charged me for services not authorized, and took a great stab at running U-Hauls name into the ground. Congratulations U-Haul, you choose to associate with trash, and the result is another dissatisfied customer.
