the support was great, but they changed the location for my pickup. I had to go to a location to pick up a truck and car carrier, carrier was stuck, another location to pick up furniture pads which were on the order, then another location to pick up the car carrier. Andrew was great and fixed what I needed, the whole order should have been set before the day I moved, cost me a day from work

Joe Tyou have to walk thru a mechanic shop to get to the office. he was not friendly was refusing to come out to confirm i was returning in good condition with full gas until i forced him to. he wanted to look later and send me an email and told me if i had any problem with the results i can call the 800 number
Linda BVery unprofessional. Upon return of uhaul and trailer, Business owner just took keys and said thanks have a nice day. I walked away thinking I'd get a final email. About 15 minutes later, he calls screaming at me. Said I used more miles and I needed to come pay him immediately. I understand and have no problem doing so. However, his approach was very disrespectful after I just spent 700 for rental. He should have went directly out and checked BEFORE I left. I should have charged him the mileage to return.

tanya mMy issue is NOT with this location. I have an issue with U-Haul (not this location) changing my pickup location TWICE in the final 48 hours before pickup. I will NOT use U-Haul again.

Lee CThe location was fine, but we did not receive the additional items we ordered with the truck - moving blankets and a utility dolly. I canned uHaul to see how to fix this and the best solution that could be offered was for ME to go to a different location to pick them up. So I had to leave my home where we were actively loading the truck and go 40 minutes out of my way to get items I had ordered ahead of time which was extremely inconvenient.
Ezekiel HI didn't get my dolly that I paid $10 from jjj and I selected that I wanted it and didn't know I had to check for it to be in there.

Alexis FMake sure all maintenance (mechanical) is fine before renting it out. Check engine light was on and the air conditioner did not work and it was 90+ degrees out.
Christine KEnsure that the equipment is working. The tail light of the dolly was not working. U Haul had told the dealer it was working. This resulting in an hour or two delay in getting the equipment, and ultimately having to go to a different location to get a new, working dolly. However, the staff here was very helpful and kind. The equipment was clean and well maintained overall, besides from the light not working

hans sTruck was covered with snow. It hadn’t snowed here in 3 days. Picked up truck with just over half tank. Dropped it off the same way and was charged for 2.43 gallon of gas.
CURT SPick up equipment and drop it off at the main location so customer doesn't have to drive far to pick equipment up.
ALGIE COur drop off went smoothly and the location was close to our home. The end of a perfect rental.
