Very unprofessional. Upon return of uhaul and trailer, Business owner just took keys and said thanks have a nice day. I walked away thinking I'd get a final email. About 15 minutes later, he calls screaming at me. Said I used more miles and I needed to come pay him immediately. I understand and have no problem doing so. However, his approach was very disrespectful after I just spent 700 for rental. He should have went directly out and checked BEFORE I left. I should have charged him the mileage to return.
