The automated check-in and check-out was actually very thorough and worked out well. This location had but just one truck and I never really interfaced with anyone there- which was just fine.

Beverly BThis location has zero cell phone service nor do they provide a hot spot. It was next to impossible to check in online while the location was closed, since it could not pinpoint my location. I finally got the truck almost half an hour late after having TWO chats open on two phones, and being on hold with UHAUL customer service for 20 minutes and then waiting for the extremely glitchy website or app to load. We sat there for 45 minutes trying to figure this out. which means I had to pay to extend my time with the truck by a half hour. I had also reserved a utility dolly which was missing from the truck. Luckily, my new neighbors had one or I guess my washing machine would have just been sitting outside. Extremely underwhelmed. I couldn't even get an itemized receipt sent to me. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone due to the lack of cell connectivity and the solitary truck they had (which wasn't even the size I had reserved, either) not even having the items I'd wanted in them.
