Lock was completely broken, I was almost ticketed after all of my things fell out of the back of the uhaul on the road and police showed up as it made it â€œunsecuredâ€ because the locking mechanism on the bottom of the truck was completely gone, if I would have known it was that much of a risk I wouldn't have rented it at allRowan P.

The representative was very rude. I only used the vehicle 13 km, for 50 minutes, and returned full of fuel as per indications. When I dropped the car I was asked for the receipt of gas which I didn't have, I only paid 10 dollars cash which I consider it's way more than what I used, but this guy got mad because I didn't show the receipt and mentioned that I should have filled at least 20. When I was trying to explain, he asked me to shut up and that didn't want to hear my explanation. What a shame of service I just received.Marlon S.

Excellent service! When my phone was losing charge, the wonderful cashier found me an iPhone charger. Then problems arose with my online reservation on my phone, luckily the individuals helped me with our booking. Very grateful as so stressful moving yesterday. After reading reviews of the past, we were a little concerned about renting from this location. It ended up being a good experience. We noticed that the mileage on the truck was a little off compared to our agreement and the folks immediately rectified the problem. They were very courteous and helpful! Owner of the store was extremely rude. I have never experienced such rude customer service in my life. I will never rent from this location again I have advised all my friends and posted a google review to warn other people away. The owner is condescending, rude, and vulgar. This was the single worst experience i have had with a uhaul. I chose the location due to its proximity and reserved a truck online. The first person I spoke with was not polite. I was told the in town truck I had reserved had not been returned, so I had to take a one way truck. I had reserved the truck for 12 hours I was told I had to have a one way truck back that day and was given 4 hours. It was a small job so that was annoying but fine. When I returned the truck I spoke with another employee who then insisted I had not rented the truck correctly, told me I would be charged 300$ and that he would not take the truck because he could not find it in the system. We got our receipt that had the business address on it and he processed the return. I was spoken to harshly multiple times and had to argue with the second employee just to return the truck earlier than I had originally planned. I will not use a uhaul vendor again, and I will never spend a dime at Jack Campbell or what ever it's name is. I literally told a customer to go somewhere else before getting too involved with these people. I will tell everyone who will listen to avoid that location.Casey H.

I was given an estimate of $40 drove less kilometers than anticipated yet my credit card was charged a $110. The vehicle was returned cleaned and fueled by the agreed time. 100% scam artists at this point. I have requested that they look into it and justify the overcharge but judging by the invoice that states I "saved" money, I don't anticipate any satisfactionDave G.

The UHaul check in online was terribly difficult to use - after an hour of trying many versions and speaking to you we ended up doing a paper rental from the location. That put us over an hour behind schedule and my son had to do the actual rental. Overall the experience was fine for what needed to be done.Jeff C.
