DILSHED AThe drop off location was Spencerville which was terrible. For 2 weeks Uhaul has been contacting me saying I did not return. I had to physically drive there and show the people who work there the trailer as they we're too lazy to look themselves
Keith WOriginally booked a 10’ truck online from this location a week prior to the required pickup date. Everything was approved after booking. Got a call one day prior to pickup date saying it was not available. Need to pickup at an alternate location. How is this possible if the vehicle was booked a week in advance???

Dave MThe area was not plowed abd we got stuck. We needed to call for help and we were told to.hurray up they had to go. We even saw another customer digging out the van the rented.

Dave MThere was only one employee there and I was left to my own devices to back in and unhutch the auto hauler on my own.
GERRY O1 no one came out to inspect the truck 2 woman at desk did not provide print out or offer gas credit as promised 3 two employees sitting around in small lobby.. were gruff and did not offer me a seat to wait which they were both occupying. 4 no one offered me a ride home

Dave MI was NOT informed of a mileage charge and was surprised to see it added to my bill at the end. I had said to the agent I would be going back and forth and therefore there would be more miles, but even then I was not informed. The initial price was excellent, but with the addition, and the cost of gas, it became an expensive venture.

Scott HI did an online reservation a couple months in advance ,called the 1800 # the day before and the person answering the phone said there was no problems,we showed up at the location at 9am to secure the van and we were told that the uhaul business was on vacation for the week .The gentleman who runs Jackson Motors was helpful in trying to get ahold of someone that was in charge of the uhaul part of the business ,and thankfully was able to help us.2 hours after we received the van I received an email from uhaul updating my online order telling me the brockville location was on vacation but not to worry as they had a truck I could pickup in Portland.Talk about terrible terrible customer service.A huge thank you to Barry for your assistance ,or my travel vacation plans would have been ruined on departure day

William RWendy is amazing. I was impressed that she was helping me put the trailer on my hitch. We were unsuccessful until Barry lifted it on. I wish that there was a better system in place for hitching the trailers. You have fabulous, strong, well built trailers and just need a great designed jack.

Eric LThe seats were covered in pet hair and it smelled. The cargo area was full of dirt and dust and smelled like horses. I am requesting a discount. I have per gair alkergies THIS IS COMPLETETLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Mark WThe van was dusty and dirty on the inside. It seems in this time(COVID) that if you rent a vehicle you would hope it shows signs that it had been wiped down and swept out or vacuumed.

'Moving Day' is always stressful but staff at Jackson Motors and Marine, through their outstanding professional support and good nature, help 'lessen the load' every time I use their services!

JOHN DPick up was great - very friendly staff. However truck was dirty - dry mud in back of truck. Was on a time crunch and therefore did not bring to attention of staff. When i dropped off truck at a different location was charged for the cleaning. Only issue was truck should have been clean when i picked it up.
