This location had no idea how to use their system. We showed up 20 minutes early and left 40 minutes after our original departure time. If you are looking at doing some shopping as you wait for the employees to figure out their system, I would recommend this location. If you are in a rush and on a schedule. I would not recommend this location. It is impossible to reach them on the phone number they have listed on the Uhaul website.Andrew B.
We had set a reservation for a different location, however when we arrived we were told that our pick up location has been changed but we were never alerted of this. So then we had to drive to the Jakes Farms location. This location did not have any uhaul personnel at it and it was not set up yet for the contactless pick up. So I am not sure why they are sending customer's here. We had to sit on the phone for over 45 minutes on hold with customer service before we could finally get the code to unlock the key box. The women I spoke to on customer service was condescending and rude about getting us what we needed. We were very frustrated with our uhaul experience for their lack of communication and helpfulness, I would be very hesitant to use them again. I am not sure why they boast on having an easy app and online system when at each step I had to wait on hold to try to talk to someone to resolve internal issues.Patrick P.

Make sure to have all requested supplies. When you don't, actually adjust the rental contract to reflect that so that customers don't get charged for supplies that were not provided.TIMOTHY V.

They were late checking us in and she told us that we could bring it back anytime tonight since she was late checking us in. We got charged on the bill for $50 more than should have.Sandy C.

Had several issues with this location the biggest being the key to the rental was not in a lock box. The business hiurs stated they oped at 10 am. No one was onsite to help until 11:30. Truck had not been checked in correctly from the previous rental, the Jake Farm employee was confusing, rambled on about unrelated topics and finally admited she did not properly prepare the truck for my arrival. Worst experience ever. Love Uhauls 24/7 pickup and return program. I hope I never have to rent another tuck again. You should remove this location as a rental site quickly.DAVID L.
