The only negative part of renting yhis uhsul was the girl checking in people. She wasnt friendly. Her answers when asked a question was if i interrupted her. Her son was on the computer behind her and she even was rude to him. So i would have to say her custoner service level was at poor.Anne B.

They are not open everyday and I was allowed to booked online for a day they are closed. I got lucky and the owner was there and able to help me. They do not Normally have pick up when they are not open. They do not have a key box where you can do 24 hour pickup.MARY THERESA H.

I rented an open trailer for a day, I picked it up by 7/14/2020 at 2:45 and told the person I will bring it back tomorrow this time, There were no instructions or written contract were not given, the next day I returned the trailer back, again there were no comment or objection about the return time or date, when they charged $60 dollars I was expecting return of $39.55 when I returned the trailer.when I sow the contract (I printed from my printer I saw the return time and date I was surprised, because I returned the trailer it was on or before 15:00 in the afternoon !! office is closed at 16:00 CONTRACT IS NOT CORRECTAHMET S B.

The truck was absolutely filthy when I got it. I cannot believe that I've been charged extra for cleaning. At Uhaul's request, I took the truck a day earlier than needed and I returned it two days before it was due. I'm a regular U-haul customer and expect better than that.Seth M.

When taking people's reservations, tell them if what they are reserving isn't available. Don't just automatically upgrade to a larger truck size. When I made the reservation for a 10 foot truck, I made it for a 9:30 am pick up. It was confirmed for 1:00 pm pickup. I called again and had that changed. When I went to pick up, I was told I was â€œupgradedâ€ to a 15 foot. The truck ended up having mechanical difficulties and I was not able to complete everything I needed to.Carla S.

The app based check out and particularly check in was problematic and time consuming. I understand it's to allow transactions outside of business hours but it is not quick or convenient, taking pictures in poor weather and with poor cell phone coverage at night... it needs reviewing to streamline it.Lee K.
