Richard LHard to back trailer into parking space when returning. Also, the trailer should have a jack or support to the tongue up higher. Not doing so, is EXTREMELY dangerous for the client as well as other people who help with the hook up.

DAVID SI got the truck with 7 miles til empty in the tank. That was a bit of a surprise. I don’t expect a full tank of gas, but at least half a quarter of a tank.

MICHAEL GI’m being charged a $500 cleaning fee for leaving the truck in the same condition that I picked it up try contacting multiple people to see why I mean charge this amount have been given the runaround and now my card being charged putting me negative in my account for something that should not have been charged once soever I will never ever do business with Jan Wilkerson auto care. I recommend no one does ever they said they would call me and they never did.
Todd HDrop off was smooth. I dropped off after they were closed so I didn't interact with personnel.

Simon HThe vehicle was well maintained and very clean, and the overall rental process was straightforward and easy. However, I experienced issues with the mobile app during the return process. I had to repeat the photo submission process four times before it was accepted, which added approximately 30 minutes to my return. This was particularly frustrating given the below freezing temperatures and diminishing daylight.

JARAD JI have pictures of outside defects from pick up if needed. We damaged nothing and the vehicle drove well. I do recommend the steering being checked. It’s loose.
LORRIE BThe spring loaded pins holding the ramps in the closed position, were rusted and seized up. I had to break them free and lubricate them before they would work to load my car.
BENJAMIN BThe truck we had was clean but definitely needs to be looked at! Brakes were very hard to press, it felt like the axle was welded to the frame, like there was no suspension at all. Almost like driving on square wheels.

JEFFREY MMy only issue was I wasn’t aware that I needed to take and submit pictures of the truck onsite before I left; nor was I expecting to have to take photos at night when I dropped off- since I wasn’t doing mobile pick up. I certainly hope I’m not penalized for that.
