MATTHEW S.complications with lock ,the door was frozen shut and no appliance dolly, i rented for 2 days and charged both days for appliance dolly. i contacted J &J by phone and by email. i was credited for one day of appliance rental. J contacted again and was given an 800 number. i had to wait very long time to speak with anyone to get the remaining credit -and now have to wait to be credited back to my credit card

PAT P.I had selected to pick up the truck at 6 am. There was a glitch with the online pickup and after 2 hours on the 1800 number was provided an apology and the code for the padlock. The padlock would not unlock- tried for another hour until the staff at the location arrived at 9 am. She could not open the lock either and called for someone with bolt cutters to drive there. She finally was able to open the padlock and apologized. She was very nice. I left the lot at 9:30- only 3 1/2 hours late. Very frustrated.

PETER C.J & J went above and beyond to take care of me. I needed to pick up the truck early, then I needed to keep the truck for another day. As usual they took care of me with no hassle, even gave me a BIG SMILE when I returned the truck. They are great folks to do business with, I need to rent U-Haul trucks more often.......LOL
Stanley O.The location was not the problem, the problem was that you needed a collage degree in Technology to figure out the U-haul website. Therecm was just too many hoops to jump through and the directions to complete them makes u leave the site all the time so u have to start everything all over.

I did everything perfect went to the exact location and after I drop it off they tell me to take it to another city. I think issue is resolved but could go either way and I dont like resolving non issues.

I was told I had to clean truck before returning it when I got ready to load it it was full of dried mud from the last user and i had lay blankets down to keep my stuff from getting nasty. truck was cleaner upon return than it was when I received it but I was the one charged a $25.00 cleaning fee.

Bruce P.I was forced to pay for 2 days of insurance even though I only needed 1 day. The truck was turned in in less than 12 hours yet I had to pay for 2 days of insurance. I call this bull——!
