The service was not up to expectation. I was suppose to picked up the cargo van at 10:00 am and it was ready until 1:00 pm, delaying my move by 3 hours. Service was terrible and the location did not check the van back as returned in over 7 days!! I would like to request a refundJacqueline B.

Uhaul system shows location as a 24/7 eligible location. IT IS NOT. I called customer service to advise and they said I would received a $50 credit since reservation was not provided as it should of been guaranteed. Was there 10am and had to wait until 12 pm when the location opened to pick up the van. Contract was sent but had inaccurate information. The gas level was 1/4 tank. Contract showed 3/4 tank Van was filthy. Garbage in the front. Garbage in the back including used face masks. Disgusting Store owner said he would take care of the contract discrepancies and would be available for me when I returned to close out contract. When I got back he closed up shop early. I called him to confirm drop off and gas level and he said to leave key in his drop box. Couple days pass and I receive email that I've been charged multiple rentals days and additional gas fees and charges to full tank (I filled tank before dropping off to the level it was when I received it) The merchant did not close out contract as he stated he would. He did not perform final inspection since he closed up early. I am in the midst of a dispute with Uhaul and hope to have a resolution given (Alisia Brooks handled the call and was great). This is ridiculous and unethical. I just want to be charged the rental for the day minus the discount I was told would be applied. If upper management could contact me regarding this ordeal it would be greatly appreciated.Daniel T.
I'm going to leave a bad review in google and other social media. I was struggling to take this van out. Front screen was covered with snow and tire was stuck in the snow at the parking. I have a video how we struggled for almost 30mins to take it out from the parking. When we requested the location if they have windscreen brush, response I got was :â€ yeah I know front windscreen is covered with snow but i dont have anythingâ€. Later I had to ask my sister to bring a brush and shovel to clean the front screen and remove the snow to take the vehicle. Location is responsible to keep the vehicle ready instead he didn't even respond properly. Right after we asked for a cleaning brush, he closed the store for 2 hours and left .I didn't expect this from uhaul. Very disappointed. I will definitely leave a bad review in all social media.JAVISHAA T.
