I understand things happen but pick up was 6 am opening employee called out and someone did not show till almost 7. This put me an hour behind. 200 miles away I found the trailer had a bad tire that the belts on the inside were showing. Should have never been rented out. Took another hour to get someone out to replace it. Even after tire replacement trailer had a vibration in it.
ERIC ETrailer blew a wheel while going down the highway, shredded due to age. Not maintained by UHaul. Caused load in trailer to shift and broken entertainment center. Rental agent didn't know contract system, or how to hook up a trailer. Had to borrow a wiring harness off another trailer. Wrong dolly supplied. Not a good experience.
Dale NThe gentleman was very nice who did the rental BUT he didn’t hookup the trailer correctly so it come off my hitch while traveling down the road!!!
