Returned truck while location was closed so I called the next morning to let them know and to pick up my deposit which was payed in cash. The worker said it will be in the form of a check I will get in 7-10 days in the mail, previously I was told I would get my deposit back in the same form I payed upon return of the truck. I informed the lady I spoke with the address on file was not correct, she said she was unable to change it due to the computer system not working and would call me back before the check was issued. I did not get a call back but received my receipt later via email which shows the check was issued and sent to the wrong address. Waiting to hear back from customer service still for a resolution.Carly B.

Like the location in Joplin (1410 E 7th St, Joplin, MO 64801), the facility was clean, and staff maintained social distancing. Well done! One note, U-Haul advised that I was to drop off the trailer in Belle or Bland, MO. I called them and left a message inquiring about their hours of operation. They returned the call the next day to advise that they were not setup yet, and that I needed to go to Owensville, MO. Also, the lady that took my call at U-Haul corporate, was very helpful in assisting me with finding my needed adapter. Hat's-off-to-ya Ma'am.Kevin F.
