I brought the truck back with the same amount of gas.I left with and I only went 8 miles over and the lady Tried charging me a $100 and said, I left half tank.of gas when that isnt true, she tried ripping me off. I called the support and they agreed with me and said idk why she lied and said that there was only a half tank of gas when she took a picture of it with clearly 3 quarters of a tank in it like when it was picked up.

The air conditioner did not work. I had to drive from Rolla to Cuba and then from Licking to Cuba after being told online the truck was available in Rolla and then getting a call that it wasn’t. It was in the 80’s and raining so windows were up! I’m 73 years old! I would not recommend this location or any U-Haul location after the way I was treated. I had to move that day because my lease was ending or I would have cancelled.
