U haul needs to be more competitive with other companies. I only went with u haul because budget didn't have any trucks available. Budget is half the price of u haul.
August OSteven was great to work with. He went over and above by providing me with a contact name and number to help me with my truck failure. We had a communication error, but were able to work it out with a phone call to gain clarity. The trailer I rented was in good shape with new tires and ramp pulls. I recommend this location for any rental needs.
Ken BDidn't welcome me when I walked in or ask what they can do to help, just stared. That was a bit awkward. They didn't help with the unhooking of the trailer or anything, or even offer. Just asked if it was still in good condition and if I wanted a receipt.
