When a person have reservations please don't let them be waiting a long time my reservation was for 11:00 and when I got there the person was not there he didn't come until 11:20am .And he had me waiting 1hour in a half just to pick up my truck.And I did my reservation online.I was not satisfied
Brenda J.Requested a truck with a ball hitch so that I could tow a trailer. Texted JMAC Auto Sales about the availability of a truck with a ball hitch, and was told that it was available. Booked the truck and took an Uber to the location. The truck did not have a ball hitch, and I had to go buy one ($30). Only reason I needed a truck in the first place was because of the failure of another uhaul location to properly book transportation for my u-box. Total mess of an experience, and cost me hundreds of dollars more than it should have. Very disappointed in Uhaul as a whole, and with this specific location for their lack of accountability and respect for the customer's time.
SATHVIK A.They were not prepared and took almost an hour before I could get the truck. Despite that, I didn't get an extension on the time I could have the truck. The person at the location did not have any information about my rental and had to call someone else who was not on site. He asked me to write down two references on a blank sheet of paper (not official UHaul form) but then only called one of them. He also asked for my credit card information to give to someone over the phone although I had already included that information on the UHaul website. They also charged me for equipment that I did not receive. Overall, very unprofessional. Would not return.

Evans T.I had a reservation for 10:15 a.m. (after my original 10 o'clock reservation was canceled) & the location didn't open until 11 a.m. & failed to notify U-Haul. Upon my returning the truck, after 2 hours, the gentleman was on his phone & was rude & dismissive. It was an overall bad experience from U-Haul to the retailer.
