Vehicle was not clean. Sounded like it was going to break down while driving. Not great on pickup or drop off. No one was there. Also got charged twice? And got charged for moving blankets even tho there were not any to give me. And I called and they said they would take the charge for blankets off.Benjamin H.

JMR Pack and ship were excellent. The move was smooth and easy. Dealing with the U-haul nation organization was asbismal at best. Twice U-haul cancelled my order and it cost me an additional $1,500. in apartment rent. Then, when I scheduled again, U-haul cancelled me again. JMR Pack and Ship helped me when I needed help, the national people, not so much.david B.

The man that runs this location was incredibly sexist. I was having issues starting the truck, and he had asked me if I was putting the key in the correct slotâ€¦ When I said I knew how to turn on a car, he then said â€œIf I go out there and immediately turn that thing on, I'm going to slap you,â€ then asked to see my roots to check if I was blonde. Once out at the truck he asked to see how I was doing it, so I showed himâ€” unable to turn it on. He then got in the cab of the truck, where my two male friends were sitting and waiting, turned it on almost immediately and then leaned to them, mouth full of dip, and said â€œwomen, am I right?â€. If this man was okay showing this kind of behavior around two men, I'm afraid to see how he would have treated me had I been alone. I would not recommend this location to any of my friends because of the treatment I received and the level of discomfort it caused.McKenna B.

I was very disappointed upon picking up my vehicle. Neither the furniture pads nor the dolly were in the truck when I went to pick it up. I was on a tight schedule that day and it was very inconvenient for me to have to call the uhaul customer service line, which took 2 hours to get to a representative, and then have to drive 50 minutes round trip to pick up the dolly and furniture pads from another location. Not only were these things missing, but also the truck had not appeared to be cleaned or simply swept. I received a call the day before my pickup date, which was very much appreciated, that confirmed the dolly and furniture pads would be in the truck. I also appreciate the uhaul customer service representative helping me figure out where to go and how to proceed to get what I needed, but nonetheless this is extremely unprofessional for a business to not have anything prepared or cleaned when it was ordered over a month in advance.Parisun S.

for one it was all muddy from top to bottom had to take it to car wash before putting my car on trailer and then they told me $54.95 per day and when I pick-up $819.00 because was dropping off trailer in Kansas City ,MO .transfer fee $596.20 this so so wrong! I got rob from U-HaulBrad W.

Had questions during the dy of rental. Tried calling this location for hours, no one answered the phone. Upon returning the truck during business hours, went into the office and no-one was there. The door was open and I waited 30 minutes (constantly yelling "hello") but AGAIN no one was there. Not acceptable!!!MARK P.

This was the worst and least professional experience I have ever had with Uhaul. Would never recommend this location to anyone. Probably will not be recommending uhaul anymore either.Bret C.
I picked the truck up late because the worker had to clean it out due to it being recently out of the impound which it was not actually cleaned out. I drove around with impound markings on the car all day. The gas tank was on empty. The worker told me I would get a 27 dollar discount if I returned it on a quarter tank. When I got in the truck, the truck was a MESS. An absolute mess. The mileage was wrong, check oil light was on, screws in the the tire. I had toddler in the truck and she dropped something behind the seat. When I reached back to grab it, there was drug paraphernalia, and dirty residue used tinfoil in the back. When I returned the truck I filled out all my return application. It wanted to charge me WAY more than what was agree. 74 dollars instead of the 19 dollars for the truck. And it wanted to charge me for not having gas. And charge me for more miles than I actually drove. AND plus a cleaning charge because I said the truck needed to be cleaned before another family drove it. Very disappointed and disgusted with the whole processes.TWILA G.
