Inside was dirty. Biggest issue is the receipt I got showed a different start mileage which more than doubled my cost. I have a picture of the start mileage. Haven’t heard back yet when I sent the correct mileage. It was quite the cluster to get the truck. Box wouldn’t open. When it finally did, there was no key.

Very bad user experience
JAYDEEP GThe employee did not know what to do and had difficult time unlocking the key box. I also originally rented from New Brighton9cation and was moved to a further away location so it cost me more gas for more milage. I also returned the truck much earlier and did not receive credit.
