I was given a vehicle that would not pass a DOT checkpoint. Twenty minutes into my 200 mile day I was alerted that I had no brake light and no blinkers on the drivers side of the van. I'll never rent from Uhaul again .

Very easy to pick up the Uhaul. Driver's side front tire pressure gauge was not working correctly, but it was clear to see that the tire was not 0 PSI.

The drop off location was actually at a convenience store. They had a small U-Haul sign out front. The individual inside was very courteous to us when we dropped the truck off and made the process very easy.

This order was transferred from U-Haul on SR 436. The van they tried to rent me had severely worn / bald rear tires. The wear bars were showing and even worn down on both rear tires. This tells me they do not safety check their vehicles. Those tires have been worn for quite a while and several rentals. I have pictures if you truly are concerned.

There was no dolly at the place. Van was fine, but they tried to charge me $80 in gas. Had to check receipt and call back. They fixed it, but have been having a ton of issue like this with uhaul lately.

The inside of the truck was not that cleaned, it had a bad odor, and the windshield was not clean. If that gets corrected this location could get a five-star rating. The customer service was A+.

The people and place was friendly and efficient. However my original pick up time was for 9:30 and they called me and asked to reschedule for 10:30. I had to wait another 30 minutes for the van to arrive. They offered me a bigger U-Haul at the same price but I did not feel comfortable driving a bigger truck so I said no. Although I know that the bigger truck is offered at the same price online. The air conditioner was blowing hot air so it was very uncomfortable.The attendants were very nice and the location is clean and the attendants very professional.
