I was charged $180.57 for a U Haul rental on 11/18/18 and on 11/29/18 I was charged $374.79 for the exact same trip plus one extra day , which I believe should have only been an extra $40.00. Please explain this differential amount. I was charged $45.00 insurance for the 11/29/18 rental which I have been informed was not required. The U Haul rented from Julian's was also dirty. I believe I am entitled to a refund after being over charged. The overpayment amounts to $ 194.22. Your assistance is appreciated.

This is not a good location to have U-Haul trucks. There is virtually NO parking. I had a hard time finding a place to leave the truck, since I came in after hours. I would not recommend this place.

I rented a 17' truck for 2 hours and drove a total distance of 8 miles. When I came back to the UHAUL dealer, he said the total bill would be around 80$. They told me I used 20$ in gas and owed 14$ for insurance. I was not told I needed insurance and that they automatically put it on and I was not explained about the gas prior to renting the truck. Again, I drove a total of 8 miles, with no idling. Do your trucks get 2 MPG? All in all, I had a terrible experience with Julian's. At the end, he lowered the bill by 11$ to 69$ and threw it at me. Just horrible service!!!!

only problem was that I had to drive 45 miles to pick up this rental truck and another 15 miles to just drop it off. That wasted two hours of my time just to get a truck.

The website listed 575 BWY as the pickup location, a hand written sign on the door said to goto 801 BWY location to pickup instead, once i went there to finish the paperwork had to come back to 574 BWY to pickup, this whole thing in a waste of time for a customer coming to pickup and hop around to finish the rental.

This was not where I was originally scheduled for drop off. I was told to bring it elsewhere and that location was inaccessible. Full of cars, no U-Hauls visible, and in fact, I couldn't even find the driveway to pull in. Luckily I was able to reach the off-hours service center. That man was very friendly and gave me a different address to try. That turned out to be the wrong address for U-haul drop-off. A mechanic nearby told me where to go. (Thank goodness he was still working close to 8 P.M. on a Sunday!)The man from U-haul stayed on the phone with me until I parked and dropped off the paperwork in the drop box. Thank goodness for him as well.

There was a coffee left in the truck, gave us the wrong truck compare to the number that was on the contract and did not have any of the equipment i ordered on my order I had to go to another location to get them. Would not recommend them at all, they very rude during pick up too.
