I think they are a newer place and it is not a typical UHaul place. It included other businesses too. The person that helped me was nice but kind of aloof. I accidentally locked my wallet in the truck when I returned it and when I called he said he would come and let me in in 10 minutes. We waited for over an hour and he still didn't come or call me back to let me know he wasn't coming. Then they were supposed to open at 8:00am and we got there a little early as and he didn't show up until almost 9:00 am. It wouldn't have been so bad but all of my money, credit cards and drivers license were in it and we needed all of those things to be able to rent a motel for the night. I think he could have used some training and manners.LISA V.

I returned my truck in the evening using the online UHaul return portal. So I didn't meet any staff or see the inside of the office.Nicholas G.
Update store hours stated on website. No one was at the location upon arrival. The inside is very unsettling. Looks run down. They also need more training on how to run the system. First guy was clueless and had to call in a second indivisual to help.Katie W.
The truck I rented was full of furniture. I had to wait about two hours waiting for another truck. Then the next day I had to take it back because it had a flat tire. Horrible experience.NORMA P.
