Julie is very friendly and process's the paper very quickly, what is amazing is she ensures your safety using the rental and goes over all aspects of usage. Check in was easy and Kim is very polite and asked if the rental went off without a hitch. Both seem to be very interested in your rental business.

Better signage on the road would be helpful. The person running it was wonderful!

The lady working at this location was very rude from the moment we walked in the door. We showed up 10 minutes early for our trailer pick up and she said "it's not even fucking 8:00 yet". She was rude throughout the entire interaction. She was explaining U'Haul's policy about self check out for returns and rolled her eyes about it. I hope I never have to see this woman again.

Rude lady. Did not have appliance dolly even though it was supposed to be guaranteed. She simply took it off the contract without my knowledge and did not issue an apology. Simply told me to go to another U-Haul location and rent the dolly there (which I did). Now I’m having issues because the other location where I dropped off the dolly did not check it in, so they are saying I did not return the equipment. Worst experience, still ongoing. I paid extra miles to rent the dolly because I had to drive the truck to the other location, and now it looks like they can’t even find the damn dolly.

You need to greatly improve your reservation process. I was given misinformation, limited or wrong information and the only thing that saved the whole process was the actual rental folks at the location itself.

We tried to checkout using the uhaul online checkout and it was awful. My husband dropped off the truck and so I sent him my link to check out but it didn’t work so he locked up the truck and came home. I went down to try the link and it said I had tot ale a picture of the odometer but the truck was locked and the key in the lockbox. My husband had already taken a picture before he left but I couldn’t use that. I couldn’t complete the checkout process. If you’d make it available so a couple different phones/people could use the checkout process that’d be better.

Better signage, a few hundred yards down the road. Hwy 22 is a death road and making left turns is tough. Let us know you are coming up.
