It was busy on Saturday and only one person running the.store. one person said he had another person coming in late. Overall it was just taking time .it was easy to rent.

Leonel CI got a truck that had a faulty fuel pump that stalled numberous times during my rental. The last time it stalled on an overpass 90 feet in the air. I informed U-Haul of the issue and that I didn’t feel safe returning it to the location. They didn’t seem to care about my safety or the danger their truck put others on the road in; just the truck being returned to the location it was rented from and being refuel. They continued to say the issue was being low on fuel (they gave it to me with a little over a quarter of a tank) and didn’t care until they sent someone who verified it wasn’t gas. I’ll never use you again
Nicholas DSo this is not the closest Uhaul but I always come here. Staff is great. It’s always easy to get trailers in and out and equipment is always in good condition. CJ who works the desk is awesome! Always a good experience when he’s working.

JAMES DThey did not check my trailer in as being returned, I called them just before they were to close to get them to do that. That may not be a big issue, but I have no way of knowing since it was going to be past the time I was scheduled to return it if it was not checked in.
Allen SThis is the 3rd time I have used this location. The first 2 times were not impressive. The equipment is good, but their processes are not good. The 2nd time I arrived on time to pick up the item, and it took the worker over an hour to arrive on time, and there was a line, so it took another hour to get processed. This current time had good service.
Jason SThe UHaul app told me I would need to pay $174.33 at the pickup location. This total turned into $213 because of additional tax. Then when dropping the truck off I was charged an additional $54. Hidden costs aren’t stated when booking

LEONARDO DMy only critique is when picking up the truck the guy at the counter was confused about my online reservation and was pretty rude to me until I called my husband into the office with me. Other than that it was a pretty positive experience. The person who I’m assuming is the owner named Julie, was very helpful and understanding when my movers were delayed setting us back on return time. I would recommend this location to everyone.
Roxann SThe milage was a scam. I had two extra miles from the location to the desire destination. I still had to go to the moving location to load the uhaul and the location to drop off the uhaul. So I was charged extra. I received the vehicle with 5/8 of fuel on the contract, but only 1/2 of fuel on the gage. Before dropping it off the tank was on full, as a thanks. The drop off location was closed. Called number on the receipt, for help number. Had to call call a second number, provided by the operator. No help from the second operator. Used the online chat. No help. My issue was the page link provided by both the operator and online chat was "page you are trying to access is not available." I placed the keys in the over night drop-off box and locked the truck. I received a bill for the extra milage.
