Odometer was fixed. It jumped 10 miles while I was driving, would not recommend renting from this place.

Patricia HensonThis was not the location I choose to return the truck, yet after several phone calls we were told that it needed to be returned to this location because the rented the truck to someone else so after returning the vehicle with a full tank of gas was told to drive across town 20 minutes and then they charged my card for extra miles. We drove there at uhauls request and then to charge me for helping uhaul out. I will be sharing my experience on facebook and honestly cant say I will recommend uhaul service to others. Oh and when I call to talk to the person who requested the vehicle be taken to the south location a person from the east coast answered the phone and could not help me but stated he check into things and you guessed it I never heard back from him. VERY POOR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Markayla JacksonI was charged for fuel after I had fueled my rentals, I was promised a refund on the auto trailer since it was demanded back long before it was due. I was harassed during my entire rental time for the trucks I had, it was incessant and unnecessary.

Michelle Mauer1. Your web site should notify customers if returning early but after hours there is a $20 fee. I rented for 24 hours and returned after 9 hours but the location was closed my checkout receipt shows $20 charge for returns after location was closed. 2. When I returned my rental online the website indicated I would receive a receipt by email but I did not receive the receipt.

Returning the truck was a better experience, but we did NOT get a receipt via email as promised. The location is ok, but I would NOT recommend the uHaul Self Service option. It is not a good user experience.

Mark BleyerI would recommend this location only because their personnel. Other than that my experience was frustrating at best. I had no air conditioning through the vast majority of my 260 mi. trip. Not only that but when i got back into the truck there were no dashboard lights so i had to follow the other car in my convoy just to make sure i was going the correct speed. I want to make it very clear that U-haul is lucky that I was the driver on this truck having had over a year and a half of moving truck driving experience. The fact that U-haul put this truck on the road with multiple safety issues is apalling.

IVAN CARRANZAThe truck I received had no business being on the road and was not safe to operate. Despite the fact I informed everyone that I was going 2,000 miles, I was given a truck that shouldn’t have been on the road for five. The truck was caked in mud from a gravel road when I picked it up. The truck’s fuel gauge didn’t work, a full tank appeared like half a tank. The passenger’s side wiper blade disintegrated when I tried to use it in the rain. Multiple times on the interstate the truck would attempt to shift gears and would simply not go back into any gear. This required me pulling to the side of the interstate when able or in the middle of an Interstate lane when I was and putting the truck in park and back into drive to get the truck to drive again. The ignition was also loose, so if the key was turned wrong or jostled a little, all the vents/ac quit working and the brake warning light came on. Worst of all, when I drove at night, the lights drained the battery and the truck died on the interstate; with no lights and flashers. Ultimately the truck needed a new battery, alternator, and belt. These repairs took 16 hours in the middle of my trip. After that time and multiple requests, the truck still wasn’t safe to drive and I was finally provided a new functioning truck to finish my trip. On the backend, “making it right” was covering the hotel I was forced to get when the truck broke down, and knocking 20% off the final bill. So despite the fact, the truck only half worked from the beginning and ultimately put my life in danger, that was only worth 20% off to this company (seems to me a half working truck isn’t is worth about 50% of a functioning truck), because “trucks break down.” Which I am sure they do, especially if this truck passed uhaul’s inspection before it was provided to me.

Greg HohmanAppointment was set but was not notified the hitch was not delivered and I arrived at 7am to find no help for me. Wasn’t the guys fault but I wasn’t notified they weren’t ready and wasted a days worth of prepping for the appointment.

RANDALL FAHEY | Overall ExperienceThere was a cardboard sign on the front windshield that I wasn't sure what to do with. I think some instructions regarding that would be helpful. Otherwise, the entire process was really smooth and simple. I especially liked being able to do check in / check out on my own, answering the questions on the link and taking photos. I thought that was a really nice feature.

Glenda Wieland | Overall ExperienceI know that the location has no control over this but I need to tell someone. The UHaul app is consistently difficult and non-intuitive to use. This time, upon returning the vehicle, the app got stuck in an endless loop when it came time to photograph the odometer/fuel gauge. It took me quite some time to discover that the location-sharing permission for the UHaul app had been automatically disabled by Google due to lack of use over time. The app never notified me that this was the issue. A simple notification in the app (at startup or when taking photos) to prompt renewal of the permissions would be a great help.
