Cab had sticky liquid spilled all over center and passenger side., It took my son over 2 hours to get keys from lock box I ordered a moving dolly , blankets and a furniture dolly, the dolly wasn't there.

MARK MChartered to much for just local shouldn't of been charged for mileage expenses a $1.00 a mile is crazy it says 19.95 and I paid $56 and Change do it was to much I won't be doing this again. Unless someone else is paying for it

Gary GThe lock boxes are difficult to unlock and not easy to get to if walking is difficult. It’s not Koch’s fault but I was told they would email me by UHaul and they said UHaul would. I called both of them when I didn’t get the info I needed.
Brian SThe person who runs the uhauls was out so it was an assistant that helped me. He parked the Uhaul and then I wrote down my name number vehicle number incase they had issues with the return to call me. He took care of it by that afternoon.

Daniel MDifficult to get into because office was next door to uhaul lot. So I drive into what I thought was the office not the lot. They took the unit and disconnected the trailer and parked it so I could head straight out

There was a man working in the shop so I asked him if it was okay if I drop off my trailer after standing for 5 minutes while he ignored me knowing I was there to tell me in a rudest way “ I don’t know come back Monday and ask. Never again coming here.

Doug SI wasn't provided the 12 blankets I paid for. I did the self pick up which was fine, but it was cold out and the drop box is on the side of a muddy hill. I had no one to talk to about the blankets (which is fine I knew they weren't open) but disappointing the truck was dirty and the blankets were not in the truck or anywhere to be found.
