My wife reserved the trailer and it did say 9:00am, but the hours showed they were open from 9:00AM to 12:00PM. We had picked up family from the airport the previous afternoon so I thought I could get there around 9:35AM and wouldn’t have any issues. I was mistaken. No one was there and no one answered the phone. I called the 800 number and was routed to the regional manager who was able to help me and I was able to get supplies needed for the trip from the U-Haul at the appliance center. It worked out, but was very disappointing.

SHERRY RThere were some issues with the computer taking items off that were not available at the location. But the manager handled it very proffesionally.
Gerald ZPerhaps be open when someone is trying to drop off a vehicle. It was during normal hours so there is no reason why they were closed and I was forced to take it elsewhere. Basically your company sucks and you can count me as 1 very dissatisfied customer.
