phillip jThis location could use a better description for where the keys are, ie SE corner of the property.
KIMM SMy wife reserved the trailer and it did say 9:00am, but the hours showed they were open from 9:00AM to 12:00PM. We had picked up family from the airport the previous afternoon so I thought I could get there around 9:35AM and wouldn’t have any issues. I was mistaken. No one was there and no one answered the phone. I called the 800 number and was routed to the regional manager who was able to help me and I was able to get supplies needed for the trip from the U-Haul at the appliance center. It worked out, but was very disappointing.
