RAFAELJ RThey overcharged me. I used 14 miles and they charged me for 27 miles. I turned in the rental truck at 10:10 am they put that returned it at 5:02 pm. They charged my card $100. I'm going today to fight these charges. Thank God I took pictures of the miles when I got the u haul and a pic when I returned it. When I returned it I asked the guy to go to the truck and take a pic of the miles and he was like don't worry I got u. He got me alright. Trust me they will be refunding some of my money.

Frander QTake the U-Haul away from them Reservation at 9:30, but no truck was there. Truck was on zero mile to empty on pickup. I went 40 miles, I had 100 but didn’t need it. The guy wrote down that I went 140 miles. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!

Dominga MHi I always have an issue with this location when it comes to checking in and checking out. My last experience when I set up the reservation I decline the insurance and even told the rep that I don't need the insurance he still added it on and when I was checking out I was told I had to accept the price and dispute the payment. Horrible service

JUAN PI use to work with U-haul for long time. This time I stopped to rent one in one location that not have good reception because I needed in emergency one van. Service was terrible in one restorant.. when I returned yhey try to put more miles. Leave me 1 hour and half to wait a lot noisy and very unprofessional communication. Never again come back in that place
MAJLINDA TThis location needs attentive people to service the customers. It was hot inside the restaurant and loud music was playing. I had to wait very long to pickup and to drop off. At drop off they lost my contact and need my ID and credit card to do another reservation which I did not have on me.

Brandid DReally poor service, I did a reservation online, get I got there they didn't have that truck on the location.and the kid that works there doesn't know what he's doing. He wanted to make a new reservation for another truck.

SEQUOYAH PStaff is extremely rude and dismissive over charged me for the gas fee and wasn’t there when I arrived to pick up the U haul delaying me 20 minutes had to communicate with him over the phone with the person behind the counter and over all an extremely negative experience

JOSE HDon’t allow U-Haul employees to feel comfortable enough to drive the U-Haul truck to their POV “so they don’t have to walk” upon renting the vehicle.

ALIOUNE DThe people running the rental were just fine, no problem there. The truck was very dirty, sticky, and gross. The cab wreaked of pot smoke, especially when the air was turned on. There was bits of trash in the truck. Also there was zero fuel in the truck which forced me to immediately fuel up. I knew at some point I’d have to refuel but having zero gas on pickup was lame.

STEPHANIE CThey need more trucks available . There is no point in mobile pick up if you’re not gonna be able to do that there . There is absolutely no point in doing reservations if they just gonna make u redo a reservation in person . By all means if they make u wait an hour just to hope someone cancels for you to have a truck is crazy. U can have a reservation early and someone with a later reservation will go before you .
